Our next showcooking with edible insects will be at AgriTravel&SlowTravel EXPO, performed by Chef Matteo Girardi on Sunday - 18th February

AgriTravel&SlowTravel EXPO (ATEST) is the first international exhibition dedicated to promoting rural and slow tourism; it is reaching its fourth edition with a new and even more original and innovative format, in order to celebrate the 2018, Year of Italian Food in the World proclaimed by MIBACT and MIPAAF, and of the European Year of Cultural Heritage set up by the European Union.

The strong relationship between food, culture, tourism and sustainability will be the focus of ATEST’s new edition.
